1. Who we are

Verian ("Verian", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered operating system for capital projects. This policy explains what personal data we collect through verian.io, why, and the rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

When you submit the contact or demo-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business email address, company, role, and the content of your message, plus the language you used the site in.

With your explicit consent, we also collect anonymous usage statistics (see section 6). We do not run advertising trackers and we do not collect special-category data.

3. How we use it

We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a demonstration, and continue the commercial conversation you started. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Where it is processed

Form submissions are stored in Supabase (cloud database) and delivered to our team by email via Resend. Both process data on our behalf under data-processing terms. Data may be processed outside your country of residence; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer retention is required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

Strictly-necessary cookies (always on): NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language, and verian_consent records your cookie choice for 180 days. Neither tracks you.

Analytics cookies (opt-in only): if you accept analytics in the consent banner, we load Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand aggregate site usage. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics script is ever loaded.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately: tracking stops and analytics cookies are deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or erase your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email enterprise@verian.io — we respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We protect submissions with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and business-email validation. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information to industry standards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
